National Study on Work Environments

Posted 4 days ago

The AACN has recently launched its 6th National Study on Work Environments. The goal is to understand the current state of work environments and identify opportunities for improvement by gathering insights of acute and critical care nurses across the United States.

To carry out this critical research initiative, the AACN has forged a powerful partnership with the University of Pennsylvania’s renowned Center for Health Outcomes & Policy Research. Past president Dr. Amanda Bettencourt will co-lead the survey with Center director Dr. Matt McHugh.

The voices of our nurses are vital and your influence in enabling their voices to be heard in this national survey is essential. Please complete this survey link (https://bit.ly/AACNHWE) to encourage wide participation.

The survey opened October 13 and will remain active through November 13.

Your support will help ensure the study continues to drive meaningful change in practice environments by reflecting the diverse experiences of nurses nationwide. Together, we can amplify the impact of this research and reaffirm our commitment to creating workplaces where nurses thrive and patients receive exceptional care.
